Custom New Builds

Once you’ve got the ball rolling and started on the working drawings for your new home, we can assist in helping you understand the build process - including preliminary costs, expected timeframe and requirements from all parties involved.

Renovations and Extensions

Undertaking a renovation or extension can help transform your space into somewhere you’re happy to spend your time or even provide the additional space you require. Once you’ve got plans for your renovation or extension finalised, Envision Builders will help bring your vision to life and add value to your biggest investment.

Our Process

Step 2. Let’s get to know each other

The second step in our process is always sitting down for a catch-up and chat. We think it’s important to meet face-to-face and have an open and honest conversation about your vision, expectations and requirements. This also gives us, the builders, the opportunity to explain our preferred ways of working from pre-construction all the way to handover.

Step 1. Complete our pre-build form

Transparency is a key pillar of our working relationship. We encourage all prospective clients to complete a preliminary pre-construction questionnaire to help us establish if we’re a good fit for one another. This questionnaire gives us a better understanding of your building experience, expectations and budget to ensure our building relationship starts on the same page.

Step 3. Documents and Proposal

Once you’ve got your working drawings or plans finalised, send through all of the documentation you’ve gathered to date (sometimes this is a LOT).

From there, we’ll put together an estimate and proposal for your build or renovation. If you’re happy with the proposal, a building contract will be signed and we’ll get started on the next exciting phase of your build…
